Nayiri Baboudjian Bouchakjian is a writer and educator based in Beirut, where she teaches English Language and Literature at the Lebanese American University. A Pushcart Prize nominee, her work has appeared in publications such as
Cornerstone, Hyebred Magazine, The Journal of Radical Wonder, and
Rusted Radishes. Most recently, her article “The Man in the Mirror: Reflections on Dementia Caregiving,” was published in
Life Writing. Nayiri is currently working on her memoir, exploring themes of grief, caregiving, and homeland set against the backdrop of multiple traumas.
