Melissa Mulvihill writes about finding things in places she thought were empty. She has recent essays published with Prometheus Dreaming, HerStry, and Anti-Heroin Chic Magazine. Her poems have been published with The Blue Nib, Wild Roof Journal, and Poet's Haven Digest. Her essay, "When the East Wind Comes", is forthcoming this summer in Months to Years Literary Magazine. She graduated from Kenyon College with a B.A. in psychology and from John Carroll University with an M.A. in counseling.
