Faye Snider

Faye Snider, MSW, MFA, is a Newton, MA resident and 2009 graduate of the Solstice Creative Writing Program. A former family therapist, she writes both poetry and creative nonfiction with a lens on immediacy and meaning. She has published chapters on managing Holocaust antecedents in a therapeutic practice, as well as family and nature focused poems in literary journals. She was the 2022 recipient of the Friends of the Chautauqua Writing Center Writing Contest for her poem, Cousin Lewie. Her verse-memoir chapbook, Seeking Grace, was published in November, 2023, by Lily Poetry Press.
