Bethany Wiersma

Bethany Wiersma is a K-12 Literacy Coach and former teacher and administrator currently living in Austin, Texas. She was drawn to a career in literacy education as a way to merge her passion for creating equitable outcomes for students with her belief in the power of stories to build connection. She holds a Master's in Education from the Harvard Graduate School of Education. She is grateful for the teachers in her own life who nurtured her love for writing.
