Anne Bernays and Indu Guzman

Anne Bernays is Senior Fiction Editor at Pangyrus. She is the author of ten novels and co-author of What If?, one of the most widely used guides to creative writing. A teacher of fiction writing at the Nieman Foundation for Journalism at Harvard, she has published essays in the New York Times and other major publications. Indu Guzman is Associate Fiction Editor at Pangyrus. She has a B.A. in Education/English from Concordia University. She's taught various writing, publishing, and literature classes in Oregon and Singapore before moving to the Boston area. She’s lived in 5 countries: India, Dubai (U.A.E), Argentina, Singapore, and of course the USA, and traveled to several others. As an editor, she’s edited award winning books, and has a broad range of interests in the study of literature from Cultural Studies, Postcolonial literature, and the Hero’s journey.
