Angie Chatman is a freelance writer, editor, and storyteller. Her essay, 'Not Like Mel's' was anthologized in DINE (Hippocampus Books). Other essays and short stories have appeared or are forthcoming in the Rumpus, Blood Orange Review, Hippocampus Review, and fwriction: review. She's appeared on the Moth, StoryCollider, and the World Channel's Stories from the Stage. Angie earned her MFA from Queens University in Charlotte. She lives in the Dorchester neighborhood of Boston with her husband, children, and rescue dog, Lizzie.
